Dressed-up and dressed-down casual is going to be my jam this summer. Shorts with heels, sweaters over pretty maxi-dresses, t-shirts with pencil skirts, fitted leggings/jeans cinched at waist with belt for epic hour glass look, big denim jackets thrown over feminine pieces, wrinkly button downs, flip flops, newsboy caps -you get the idea.
